Titus Tossy, was previously an Assistant
Lecturer at the Institute of Accountancy in
Tanzania. While at the institute he was involved in
the development of the undergraduate programme in Computer
Science and the Grading System (for student grades).
He has held several positions including: secondary
teacher; Dean of students, academic Dean; training
officer; Programme office; head of departments; lecturer;
programmer and several positions internationally.
He combines his knowledge and experiences in both private

stronger community prosperity. These experiences helped
him to develop the skills and understanding to engage
actively in the promotion of ICT development and training
as he does now, building community and youth development
in Arusha Tanzania. One of his goals has been to help
his community and country develop its economy and society
effectively through the use of Information and Communications
Technologies (ICTs).
He is a member of Institute of Accountancy of the Arusha
Internal Academic board. He holds BS. (HONS) in Computer
Science and a minor in Statistics
as well as a certificate in Teaching Methodology,
and a diploma in Administration and
Finance.
Titus is an orphan and so understandably he is concerned
about the plight of the orphans and the tradition that
civilizations have had in neglecting them. So he has
an interest in developing his programs in Tanzania so
that they help orphans in need.
