"Back to the Root Roadshow" Starts
with a Bang at Bay Leaf Cafe in Palo Alto on Aug 22!
On Sunday the 22nd of August Joy Tang the founder of
oneVillage Foundation presented her stories and experiences
in Bay Leaf Cafe, a vegan cafe serving organic food
and drinks in Palo Alto. She began by talking about
what she has been doing with Kafui Prebbie and OVF Ghana.
She came to the gathering armed with a looseleaf binder
full of pictures, a computer, a digital camera and a
video camera to assist her storytelling of the event.

New Partnership with AcrossWorld

Joy Tang and Anil Srivastiva have agreed to work together
to develop joint projects. Joy will as an ArcossWorld
Fellow will focus on three areas: E-recycling, Silicon
Valley Communtiy Development and the African Virtual
Network. They have that their work will pave the way
for a fully funded fellowship program that will allow
people from all over the world to gain skills and knowledge

OVB Consulting to work with Transitplaza to
Promote Group Rapid Transit (GRT) in China

oneVillage Foundation is currently working with transitplaza
to develop Group Rapid Transit Systems
(GRT). transitplaza holds the rights to develop low
cost mass transit systems, with applications throughout
the world and the ability to provide lower cost and
more convenient access and connectivity between people.
GRT’s are different than conventional transits
systems because they allow for the just in time transport
