oneVillage.biz business leadership team members, work
within (and build on) the framework of the oneVillage
Initiative model, and may begin by helping to fully
implement the projects that have already been identified.
The first of these is to create the basis for the Unity
Centers that are at the heart of the oneVillage Initiative
model, and the Community Portals with all the ICT equipment,
software, knowledge resources and training necessary
for their success. The second of these is to recruit,
train, and equip the Field Agents to support communities
in establishing and maximizing the benefits of Unity
Centers.
After the creation of sustainable, profitable village
economies is well under way, the oneVillage.biz business
leadership teams will focus on regional and national
(and even continental and global) initiatives that balance
resource use and wealth, and take population pressure
off the mega-cities. At all levels, the measure of success
will be the restoration of 'unity' to 'community', and
what is known as the 'triple-E bottom line': economy,
environment, and (social) equity.
