| Introduction |
IAAC's
Board of Directors is 50% African-American and 50% West - African.
Individuals on the board were raised and now live in the communities
in which IAAC now serves. Their jobs and affiliations are part of
the connection that IAAC has in the Bay Area communities. Each individual
Board member has overcome obstacles and succeeded in their personal
careers and endeavors. This offers children and families first hand
examples of how to do the same. IAAC's invoicing policy, business
plan, mission and vision statement and fundraising efforts are supported
and provided by the Board of directors.
