Olumide is Co-ordinator of Global Resource Information Network, (GRIN), pioneer University Student ICT club, which helps youths in universities and local communities develop themselves and solutions to community problems, using ICT as a tool to reach and teach people, and to get resources. GRIN is present in some other institutions in Nigeria and in two other African countries: Ghana and South Africa. Olumide works directly to implement solutions to problems of Education, Health, HIV/AIDS, and Wealth Creation/ Entrepreneurship etc in many local communities.

One of her current community projects is "Lease Or Leash", a documentary film which uses information /media (national and international) resources as a critique of systematic environmental and human life degradation in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria, and a tool for community re-building. She hopes it will help the National Assembly see the need for sustainable development and to legislate that corporate leases contain "Responsibility Clauses" making Oil companies in the area specifically responsible for health and other development concerns of local community members especially as resulting from hazards created by their activities in the community environment.

Olumide has often received and gives training in Conflict/Dispute, Project management, and Educational development and has a passion for learning and teaching. She also represents Nigeria at various international meetings where she (along with other African Youths) develops solutions to problems common to Africa and Africans. She is actively member of a few networks like the Teachers Without Borders, UNOY foundation, Youth Employment Summit, African Youth Parliament, Paris Institute for International and Comparative Law, USD etc

Olumide is a 23 year-old, Law student at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Associated Organisations: Global Resource Information Network
