Clean-up Abuja Campaign 2002

The "Clean-up Abuja Campaign 2002" held in November was a huge success with over 3500 participants from all over secondary school in Abuja. The global issues initiatives developed during this campaign exercise represents a renewed approach to global issues on part of Information Technology via the global system.

Comprehensive approaches and clean-up exercises were actually carried out. Clean-up Abuja 2002 was just the beginning. The real work was to come afterwards. People immediately begin to take measures at that time to ensure that there would be rules after the "Clean-up Abuja 2002" on environment and development to take care of the follow-up process. It was planned that after the campaign , progress would be made.

Information Technology has a strong tendency of influencing personal sense of value and social positions. More especially, assistance was carried out in the area of basic and Medical Health and care, studies and reseaches were also done on issues related to ecological improvement and measures were taken against epidemic diseases.

Also included during our Regional Visitation to various sites and locations are Integrated projects carried out in coordinated manners in other to make people experience an accepted emphasis on Information Communication Technology and directly or indirectly needs the support of the Government of private bodies and NGOs that can uplift the association financially. OVF-Nigeria has actually established this challenge towards achieving a more recognized, more dynamic and versatile means of sharing sources and values which are of empirical significance via the Globalize Information Communication Technology System.
