One of the first things we'd like you to do is to sign up with 1village discussion group and introduce yourself to the on-line community that we are building. Be informed that this is an open forum and people who signed up have taken an interest in our overall direction and all the content in this forum is openly shared. Please use your own discretion and judgment to engage with the group. If you are not sure about how it relates to OVF organizational development and communication from your engagement on line with [1village] and our connected networks, please don't hesitate to ask.

In your introduction to [1village] group, please address the following:

	Individual Self - Who are you (tell us a bit about yourself)?
	Individual Work - What are you doing day to day? What's important to you?
	Individual Legacy - What is your life purpose and what legacy would you like to leave with the world?

Secondly, please consider OVF site an online open content e-library traiing resource for field agents committed to sustainable development globally. The OVF team is here to help you and we are now developing training materials to aid in the orientation process.

Please:

1.	Thoroughly review the site.
2.	Pay attention to the Download section and review contents there.
3.	Create a list of the questions you will come up with while you are doing the study.
4.	Start thinking about what would be the best way to engage your community to do a group/community study on oneVillage Initiative and organizing principals.
5.	Set up an Yahoo IM (instant messaging) account. Let me know if you don't know about it and our team will walk you through the process.
